These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.pksmokefreesuites.com (the “Site”) operated by PK Smoke Free Suites, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our PK Smoke Free Suites (modular indoor smoking rooms), product details, installation requirements, customer testimonials, and contact/inquiry forms. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access the Site.
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or disruptive content.

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the property of PK Smoke Free Suites, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Our products feature patent-pending technology. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or replicate our designs or technology.

• All purchases are handled through direct communication. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract until we accept your order in writing.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Final pricing, availability, and terms will be confirmed via email or other direct communication.
• You are responsible for ensuring your installation space meets the required specifications (clearance, height, power, access, and exterior venting) as detailed on the Site.
• We may offer professional installation as an optional service; terms will be provided separately.

Warranty: We provide a standard one-year parts and workmanship warranty on the suite structure and a two-year warranty on the exhaust fan, subject to proper installation and use. Full warranty details will be provided with your purchase.

By submitting inquiries, messages, reviews, or other content through the Site (including via email to info@pksmokefreesuites.com), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for our business purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree it will not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.

The Site and all information, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Product performance (smoke containment, odor reduction) is based on third-party testing under controlled conditions. Actual results may vary based on installation, usage, maintenance, and environmental factors. We strongly recommend professional review of your installation space.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PK Smoke Free Suites, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or any violation of these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA, our report links). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that state.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
